Wmpdownloads
I like the idea of a download manager with permissions, but I can't see any button to allow uploads of files. The only thing I can see is a url link to a file, and you have to input a file size etc yourself.
Is there an upload option? The read me files in the zip are garbled for some reason.

There is no upload function in WMPdownloads unfortunately. WMPdownloads is a modification of the standard MyDownloads module that was done by the Chinese Xoops community, I just added the English language files. Might be worth checking out WF-Downloads, but make sure you spend some time optimising the caching options as it can be quite heavy on server resouces for high traffic sites. Xoops.org uses a modified version of WF-Downloads for their downloads sections.
