PHP Develpment Tool
Good Day
Im new to php, I just want to know what other tool can make my development in PHP more easier. What other tools I can use and can you give me a user's guide how to install that tools?
Can I install MYsql even I used different accounts in my NT Username, I mean even I install it to other account I can still access it when I log my other username.
I just install PHP 5.2.6 on IIS 5.1

For all the powerful PHP IDE´s out there I just use Notepad++, which is just a text editor (a good one though). There is plenty of choice out there though, just a matter of looking.
Your NT user account is not tied to MySQL in any way. As long as your user accounts are members of the correct groups there shouldn´t be any issue here.
