Hi,
I have a dedicate server server configuration is:
CPU Dual core 2.8 - RAM 1 GB Bandwith OC192
in some times my users have issue to brows site from this server, they receive this error:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
What is this issue. what should I do to solve this problem.
That sounds more like a networking issue than anything to do with IIS or Windows. Is it a problem reported by many users, or just one user? Have you checked with your hosting company to see if there are any routing issues/changes going on at present?
Are you able to ping the server while this error is occurring?

Does this issue occur at regular intervals? I.e. do you think it could be anything like application pool recycling, or some scheduled task causing the issue? Is there anything in the Event Log which might shed some light on this?

Perhaps. I did find this though from a newsgroup posting;
"This problem occurred on our Win2K3 servers running IIS. User profiles would not load, and IIS authentication (required on our site) failed. The problem required many hours on tech support calls to fix. It seems that the installation of SP2 pushed the registry size beyond some unknown limit. After booting to floppy, we were able to snag the software hive. Microsoft provided a registry clean and a registry compression utility, which brought it down to less than one-third of the original size. This fix got rid of the errors and put us back in normal operation. Look at the size of the HKLM Software hive".
