i've realised that more and more ISP's are closing the open relay and they no longer allow users to run their own mail servers in a fight to combat spammers.Companies like ours are faced with a problem since we do not own any IP addressess and we depend on our ISP's SMTP to push out mail but since the open relays are being closed down we get all sort of errors and the most common one's are related to "550 Relay not permitted"
If anyone out there knows any good software that can allow me to share a modem and allow my users to push out mail(not through an internal mail server) please let me know.
