In your line of experience, what would you say is the best disk space size allocation on a local machine if you take into consideration:Service/Security updates, pagefiles, software updates etc. Please note i'm not talking about server vol space im talking about the local users hard disk space.
To be honest, I don't think this level of administration is viable in a lot of cases these days. Maybe back in the IT heyday when there were a lot more hands on deck, but nowadays most IT departments I've worked in and know of have been cut back that serverly that even core infrastructure is being compromised in some instances.
Unless you have communal computers, shift work, or any instance where computers are heavily shared I'd suggest the benefits of doing this are too small to justify the administrative overhead.
