Good luck sibusisom, I have my fingers crossed for you. Remember to take your time and think about your answers before giving them. Also remember that it is alright to ask questions as well as answer them.

No news is generally not good news in these instances. Still, I have had a few instances where I have been called about job applications upto a month after I applied. Obviously in these cases their first round of candidates don't work out so they have to go fishing again. In any case, if you are looking to move from where you are I'd suggest to keep looking.

Nice one sibusisom :-D ! You've made it through the first round, which is a huge step. If it were me I'd be finding out as much info on the company as I could so I could fire off some relevant questions to demonstrate interest in the second interview. Did you ask any questions during the first interview? If so, what were the questions about?

Along with Brashquido, I hope all the best for you.

A good while back I saw a long section in an edition of the Sitepoint Newsletter. It's in the editors perspective part of the newsletter. It shares a lot of what he looks for in employees and the things that turned him off about some of the apps/interviews that he had.

As I read your post, I thought of that newsletter and the help that it was to me (though I was not then, nor am I now looking for a job). But, on general principle, it has a lot of great thoughts about job seeking, and maybe life as a whole.

Anyway, wish you all the best.
